Tax Ledger Entries
Tax Ledger Entries shows tax amounts produced by the selected company's posted financial documents.
Concepts
Tax explains tax authorities, rules, components, filing, and posting.
What Is a Financial Ledger? explains immutable ledger records.
Control Accounts explains the tax-to-GL mapping.
Selecting the data
Search and filter by authority, component, document, date, filing period, or other available fields. Confirm the selected company and tax scope before comparing totals.
Reading the detail
Open an entry to see its source document, tax rule or component, taxable base, tax amount, control account, filing context, reversal relationship, and linked journal where available.
Source and scope
Tax entries are generated by posting documents under the company's country and tax profile. They are not manually edited tax adjustments.
Refresh and export
Refresh before relying on recently posted activity. Export where the screen offers it, and record the selected company and filters with any output used as evidence.
Corrections
This is an enquiry screen. Do not try to alter a ledger result here. Correct the source setup where appropriate, or post a supported correcting document or reversal so the financial and audit histories remain complete.
